Cabernet Sauvignon Synergy – Natural, Unfiltered, Alive

Cabernet Sauvignon Synergy is a pure, unmanipulated expression of the grape. The wine spent 21 days on the skins, with gentle hand punch‑downs twice a day, allowing for deep color, fine tannins, and vibrant structure. Fermented and aged exclusively in tank, it is unfiltered, unfined, and made without added sulfur.

The fruit comes from a 19‑year‑old, biodynamically farmed vineyard, cultivated according to Rudolf Steiner’s holistic philosophy. The vines are treated with natural preparations and herbal teas, supporting the vitality of the soil and the health of the plant. Fermentation is entirely spontaneous, and the wine remains untouched throughout its élevage.

The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both energetic and honest — a true natúrbor with purity, depth, and character.
