Natural wine. Unfiltered people. No filters. No pretense. Just grapes. The cult is open. Are you in?Hungary's finest natural wine. Delivered. This isn't a wine shop. It's a lifestyle interruption.
An exciting, cool-climate, and incredibly elegant Pinot Noir from the historic vineyards of Sopron. Péter Wetzer masterfully handles this delicate variety, blending grapes from schist (Kogl) and limestone (Kräftner) soils to create a beautiful, layered depth.
Taste Profile: Ripe cherries, wild berries, and rosehip, accompanied by earthy, beetroot notes, distinct iron minerality, and fine baking spices (tart cinnamon, clove).
Winemaking: Fermented spontaneously in open vats with a portion of whole bunches, followed by 12 months of barrel aging before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
Food Pairing: Pairs brilliantly with mushroom-forward dishes, roasted chicken, seared duck breast, or even grilled salmon.
Fine structure, silky tannins, and vibrant acidity. This is a Pinot Noir with a genuine, unforgettable personality.
