The ultimate bridge between a deep rosé and a light red. The Siller revives one of Central Europe's oldest winemaking traditions with a modern, low-intervention approach. Made from 100% Zweigelt grapes hand-harvested from the clay soils of the Tavasziföld vineyard, this wine undergoes 36 hours of skin maceration before spontaneous fermentation. Pours a beautiful, vibrant light cherry pink. The nose and palate open with a juicy explosion of raspberries, wild cranberries, red currants, and plums, complemented by an earthy undertone, a touch of liquorice, and a hint of white pepper spice. It is slender yet structured with structural tension.
