The purpose of this notice is to inform the consumer prior to the conclusion of a contract, within the scope defined by Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and ByVarfok Kft. (hereinafter the “Regulation”). The Hungarian version of this document prevails in case of any discrepancy; this English version is provided for information purposes.

(hereinafter: “Service Provider” or “Company”) and govern the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the consumer entering into a contract as set out in this document.
Pursuant to Section 11 (6) of the Regulation, this notice forms an integral part of the contract.
Products, Services and Prices Covered
Through the website operated by ByVarfok Kft., consumers may purchase wines, sparkling wines, other alcoholic beverages, and tickets to events selected by them. The prices displayed are gross prices including VAT, but do not include shipping costs.
Ordering Process
- Purchases are made electronically, in the Hungarian language.
- ByVarfok Kft. reserves the right to verify the data provided by the customer.
- Orders are accepted only from persons of legal age with a Hungarian residential address, or from legal entities registered in Hungary.
- The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery is made within the territory of Hungary, at a pre-arranged time.
- Our shipping partners are: GLS Hungary Kft. and Magyar Posta Zrt. (MPL).
- Delivery is completed within 7 business days of the order at the latest.
- Shipping is free for orders of HUF 25,000 or more.
- The customer is required to inspect the integrity of the parcel upon receipt.
- Personal pickup is available at: 1012 Budapest, Várfok utca 8., Hungary.
- Tickets purchased for events are delivered electronically (e-ticket).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the following address:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.
Please note that under Section 29 (1) (e) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. opened bottles). In the case of event tickets, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of leisure activities pursuant to Section 29 (1) (l) of the Regulation.
Implied Warranty and Product Warranty
- Consumers may enforce implied warranty claims under the rules of the Hungarian Civil Code.
- Product warranty claims may be enforced against the manufacturer or distributor.
- ByVarfok Kft. does not provide a commercial guarantee on its products.
Payment Terms
Payment may be made by the following methods:
- Online card payment via the Barion Payment Zrt. system.
The Barion online payment service is provided by Barion Payment Zrt. under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
Accepted cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets.
Card data entered during payment is processed by Barion Payment Zrt. over an encrypted channel; ByVarfok Kft. has no access to it.
