Natural wine. Unfiltered people. No filters. No pretense. Just grapes. The cult is open. Are you in?Hungary's finest natural wine. Delivered. This isn't a wine shop. It's a lifestyle interruption.
Óra is an exciting field blend where Királyleányka, Furmint, Hárslevelű, and Rhine Riesling coexist in perfect symbiosis. The volcanic soil (rhyolite and tuff) gives the wine a distinct salty, mineral backbone. Thanks to skin-contact maceration and spontaneous fermentation, every sip is structured, textured, and incredibly complex.
On the Nose: Ripe apricots, wild yellow flowers, citrus zest, and subtle herbal notes.
On the Palate: Energetic acidity, juicy stone fruit, and a striking, savory-salty finish.
The Making: Spontaneously fermented, pressed on a traditional wooden press, and aged in clay vessels and old barrels. Bottled with zero or minimal added sulfur, unfiltered, and unfined.
Floral and amber-hued, with ripe peach, apricot, and warm spice that lingers like a good memory. Óra — Hungarian for 'hour' — is the wine you open when you want time to slow down. Skin-contact and unfiltered from Réka's Bükk cellar; the kind of orange wine that converts skeptics.
